HubSpot Integration with WP Fluent Forms WordPress Plugin
Integrate your Hubspot account easily with WP Fluent Form and send emails to your users seamlessly. Here is how you can integrate your WP Fluent Form entries list to HubSpot. If you don’t have a Hubspot account, you can sign up for one here.
Steps to Integrate HubSpot with WP Fluent Forms
- Activate the HubSpot Module
- Create a HubSpot account
- Generate an API key
- Copy & Paste the API key in the HubSpot API key
- Create/Use a form with Fluent Forms
- Setup the integration feed & select HubSpot list
- Map the fields & save the settings
You will need to have static HubSpot lists to sync your fluent forms submission. Hubspot active list will not work with Fluent Forms.
- Go to your HubSpot account, click to your account name in the upper right corner, then click Integrations. In the left sidebar, navigate to Integrations and click on the API key.
- If you already have an API key, click Show key to display your key. If a key has never been generated for your account, you will see the Generate API key option. Go ahead and generate an API key.
- Copy the API key and go back to the WordPress dashboard.
- From the WordPress dashboard hover over Fluent Forms Pro and click Modules to turn one Hubspot integration module as shown in the screenshot below.
- Now hover over the Fluent Forms Pro tab again and click to the Settings where you will find all the turned on modules, Choose Hubspot and paste your API key in the Hubspot API Key field.
- Save Settings and you will see a success notice of Hubspot API key has been verified successfully.

- After setting up the API key go to All Forms and select the particular form you want to integrate with HubSpot account.
- Now from the Settings & Integrations (Topbar) tab, go to Marketing & CRM Integrations tab (Sidebar) . Click on Add New Integration. Choose the HubSpot from the dropdown menu.
- Now configure the HubSpot settings accordingly. At first, give a name the feed, select the particular HubSpot list in which the data needs to be pushed when someone submit the entries.
- Configure Field Mapping & correlate the Hubspot Fields with the form’s input fields (e.g. Email Address with Email, First Name with names[First Name], Last Name with names[Last Name], etc)
- Use the Conditional Logic feature if necessary. This Conditional Logic can be set just like the regular Conditional Logic and the subscribers will be added to list only if they satisfy the conditions set.
Finally, click “Create HubSpot Feed” to complete the settings. From now each entries will be pushed to HubSpot.
