WPManageNinja in 2024

Oh, what a year we spent with WPManageNinja, its innovation, and customers’ love!

We’re growing every year by the number of products, customers, and positive reviews. Our team is getting bigger and our portfolio is getting richer.

From day one, we listen to our customers and plan everything according to their needs. This year is no exception to that.

Bringing regular updates and introducing new features are our regular tasks. Our products are also aligning with AI where it’s possible, to stay up-to-date with technological innovation.

On top of updates and releasing new features, we’ve introduced two new products.

One million active installs on the WordPress repository

Cheers to another milestone we achieved and that is one million active installs on wp.org

Our core motto is to help small and medium businesses and we’ve been working on this from the very beginning of our journey.

Almost all our products (except a few) have a free version on the WP repo. We started with Ninja Tables and are continuing with the trends to date.

Here I’d like to mention another thing. We don’t upload a plugin to acquire some users for our pro plugins. We want people to benefit from the free version. And when they need more advanced functionalities, they can upgrade to the premium option.

Fluent Forms hits 500k users milestone

Fluent Forms is the largest product in our portfolio. We have a concentrated focus on its growth and improvement.

2024 was a grand year for Fluent Forms, achieving many milestones, releasing robust features, and fixing various issues to make the plugin smoother.

Let’s start with the BIGGEST achievement first. Fluent Forms is now a family of 500K+ active users all over the world.

AI is becoming dominant in the tech world and we’re adapting it gradually to make our plugins more user-friendly.

Fluent Forms now has an AI integration powered by ChatGPT. With that feature, users can create a form just by commanding. Moreover, you can generate auto-response when a form is submitted.

Well, it’s in the basic form right now. We’re improving it and looking for more spaces to explore.

We have many migrators available for Fluent Forms and the migrator for Contact Form 7 is the newest addition.

There are many options added for the payment and inventory section. Paddle is the newest payment integration while Square is updated with inline payment.

Previously inventory was just a module which means you can add it to a specific form and the inventory count is based on that form. Now, it’s possible to maintain your central inventory and add it to as many forms as possible. We call it Global Inventory.

Besides import and print entries, you can also set form-specific permissions in the permission manager.

Some features are still in beta form yet they have promising outcomes, like Form Edit History and Form Editor Undo/Redo.

FluentCRM with many mind-blowing features

FluentCRM is the ultimate email marketing automation plugin in the WordPress world. It’s growing amazingly every year, and it reached 50K+ active installs landmark.

One of the most charming features we released last year is the Abandoned Cart module. You can now reach the user who left the cart without completing the payment.

Automation was a significant part of our plugin from the beginning. The feature now got even better. You can now use one of our pre-built Automation Templates instead of creating one from scratch.

If you have a powerful server then you can use advanced feature Multi-threaded Email Sending that will increase your email sending speed.

We have released many new features all year round including WooCommerce Dynamic Coupons, WooCommerce Variation Product Support, and more.

Introducing FluentCommunity and our internal community

This year we have accomplished two things together – releasing a community plugin while building our own community with the tool.

Well, this is not the first time we used something at the production level for our own use. We delivered customer support with FluentSupport before releasing it to the world.

We maintained our emails with FluentCRM before making it available for all.

The trend continues with FluentCommunity. That’s one part. It’s not like we want to use it to test the product.

We want to build our community where people can feel that it’s WPManageNinja’s privilege club. We want to move from third-party platforms.

You know what? Before the final launch of FluentCommunity, we run beta testing for a long period. At the same time, we built our community where we can connect with users more intuitively.

It’s truly an awesome feeling that people are talking about WPManageNinja’s product on WPManageNinja’s platform. How cool is that!

WP Social Ninja got better with new feeds

WP Social Ninja is a super plugin that can replace a number of tools in this category. It’s no surprise that this tool got 20K+ active installs because of its amazing capability.

This year, we added the TikTok Feed on top of all the other feeds. We also included GDPR Compliant Feeds and Reviews and Optimized Image settings.

Tripadvisor API migration, upgradation in fetching Yelp reviews, drag and drop reordering option in chat widget, and language-specific reviews collection are some amazing features we released last year.

We have good plans for WP Social Ninja next year. We’ll Launch LinkedIn Feed Integration, Social Wall, and Analytics Feature.

We also want to Introduce the user onboarding process and improve the plugin’s UI design for a better experience.

Moreover, we want to introduce more templates, update and expand documentation for better guidelines, and introduce compatibility with other essential tools

Fluent Support – the best support plugin got better

If you are looking for a robust support system in WordPress, then nothing comes close to Fluent Support.

Fluent Support is the smartest solution to manage support tickets because we made it for our internal use and we provide support to our large customer group via this tool.

Last year, we brought the AI integration as I mentioned we’re adapting to AI wherever it’s possible.

There are multiple use cases for Fluent Support AI. Support agents can get a ticket summary for longer forms of queries. At the same time, they can make the reply ready with the help of the AI assistant and then improve it.

Fluent Support now has integration with MemberPress and FluentBoards. You can also use the freshly added 2FA feature for better security.

Image Paste is another cool feature with which users can paste an image directly to the media box while opening a support ticket.

Next year will be amazing with many possibilities. That will cover updating UX, improving AI integration and Email Parser, and adding Time Tracking.

That’s not all, by the way. Many will come to help the plugin to go to the next level.

Ninja Tables – the charm continues

If you’re already a user of Ninja Tables, then you’re a part of the most popular table plugin. Ninja Tables is the first plugin we’ve built and we celebrated our sixth anniversary last year.

However, we have surprises for our users that we don’t wish to reveal right now. But what we want to let you know is that we’re working hard to give you a smoother table-building experience.

Last year we invested mostly in fixing errors and improving the existing features. However, we’ve also added some new features.

We’ve added Nonce validation for public Ajax requests, Netherlands language support, and the Noreferrer attribute for the button type column.

Now you can Sort Table Lists by post title & ID and Filter Hook to manage public AJAX table data access via URL.

Two more useful new features are the Inline Text Editor for drag & drop tables and Chunk Loading for wp post tables.

Launching FluentBoards – managing tasks in WordPress

Another amazing inclusion in out portfolio.

We launched FluentBoards in the middle of 2024, after testing it rigorously by 1000+ beta testers.

Within six months, the product reached to 3000+ active installs milestone, which shows the love and support of the community.

We also started a dedicated community for FluentBoards powered by FluentCommunity which is now a clan of 2000 members.

After the launch, we’ve added many features to it. That includes WpEditor in Board Description, Custom Fields, User Profile, View-only Member Role, and so on.

Now you can Convert Task to Subtask, see Calendar View, and add Due Date Reminder (Daily Summary).

Other exclusive features are FluentRoadmap, Board Export/Import, Recurring Task, External Storage Provider, and Default Stage Assignee.

2025 will be grand with FluentBoards. We’re planning to enrich the plugin with many exciting features and integrations.

So far we’ve planned to add Board Categories, Board Templates, and Gantt Charts. Email Customization and Advanced task automation workflow will be added hopefully.

We’re also planning to add more Calendar Integrations like Google Calendar and others and more external storage providers.

FluentBooking – manage your time smartly

FluentBooking was initially launched as a premium product. Later on the middle of the last year, we released the free version and it has got 6K+ active installs within five months.

New integrations added like Apple Calendar, Nextcloud Calendar, Outlook Calendar, PayPal, WooCommerce, Twilio, MS Teams, and more.

On the new feature list, a lot has been added. Buffer Time, Booking Rescheduling, Round-robin Meetings, and One-off Events are a few to mention.

You can also add Manual Booking, Manual Confirmation, Multiple Booking Slots, etc. FluentBooking also has Multi-payment support, ICS file support, Frontend panel, and Payment refund

FluentBooking is a superstar in its category. We’ll be continuing to grow the plugin with engaging features like Recurring Appointments and Deposit Payment.

Our plan also includes powerful things like Zoho Calendar integration, Poll, and Coupon Code

Paymattic for easier payment and donation

Pamattic has been refreshed with UI refurbishment and now you’ll enjoy a better experience. Last year, we released a dozen updates and the charm will continue the upcoming year.

Let’s check out what we have released this year. We added Goal-based Review Pop-up along with the Customer Dashboard and PDF Invoice.

You can now show a Donor Leaderboard to encourage people to participate in your cause. The new two Payment gateways Moneris and VivaWallet will extend your payment freedom.

There are three useful features we made free for your convenience. Donations (Stripe single), Offline payment, and Reports section.

AzonPress got revamped

AzonPress was a powerful tool for Amazon affiliate link management. We relaunched the tool last year with more cool features and made it a tool for affiliate link management (for other platforms beyond Amazon).

As I’ve already mentioned we refactored the UI of the tool to give it a more user-friendly look. Users also can Add Buttons for multiple product templates in custom products

Affiliate marketers can also utilize Custom Products and Templates with the power of Zero API.

Click Tracking Report, Geo-location Tracking, and Disclaimer Text for custom products are some other amazing features to mention.

There are multiple blocks we’re planning to release next year. That includes Verdict Block, Specifications Block, Top Products Block, Product Tabs Block, and Coupon Block.

We’ll also add Autolink Keywords and improve the existing features, such as Custom product functionality and Geo-tracking page.

Happy New Year with exciting moments to come

I wish you all a fantastic new year. Have this holiday season as a moment to spend with your family and closed ones.
