Download both plugins from the WordPress repository. Or, get the pro versions of them from the respective sites for premium features. Now, install and activate both in minutes.

2. Set up your community

Visit the community portal and set it up according to your needs. Create as many spaces as you need and complete relevant settings with them.

Want to create courses? You can edit and upload your course materials and make the courses ready to go.

After getting done with the community setup, go back to your WordPress dashboard.

3. Create automations 

Go to FluentCRM from your WordPress dashboard.

Head to FluentCRM’s automation tab. 

Click the New Automation button.

Click the Create from Scratch section to generate a new template.

You can see Community under the automation funnel list. Click there.

Click the trigger you want to activate, and click the Continue button.

Now configure it according to your expectations. Click the Save Settings button.

Note: You don’t need to complete an extra step to activate the integrations. They’re natively connected, meaning that when you install and activate both plugins on the same site, the connection is established automatically.

You’ve already created your funnel. It’s time to add actions to it.

Click the + icon and you’ll see a lot of options.

From the Email section, you can choose either Send Custom Email or Set Sequence Emails.
