The Big One: FluentHub MCP Connects the Ecosystem to AI
Every product inside a business knows something useful.
Fluent Forms knows who submitted a form. FluentCRM knows which campaigns they opened. FluentCart knows what they purchased. Fluent Support knows what problems they reported. FluentCommunity knows which courses and spaces they joined.

The problem was never a lack of data. The problem was reaching it without opening one dashboard after another.
FluentHub MCP changes that workflow.
It creates a connected layer between supported WPManageNinja products and compatible AI agents. Instead of manually navigating multiple dashboards, users can ask questions in plain language and receive answers grounded in their current WordPress business data.
For example:
“Find unresolved support tickets from customers with active subscriptions and summarize the most urgent issues.”
Or:
“Compare revenue from the last 30 days with the previous 30 days and show what changed.”
Depending on the connected product and the user’s permissions, an agent can retrieve information, prepare summaries, find records, and complete supported actions after the necessary approval.
FluentCRM, FluentCart, Fluent Support, and FluentBoards are already bringing valuable MCP abilities into this shared experience. As MCP support expands across more products, a single conversation will be able to cover more of the customer journey.
This is not AI added to WordPress for the sake of a trend. It is a practical way to make a connected business easier to understand and manage.
FluentCart 1.6.0: Subscriptions on Your Terms
FluentCart had another busy month, with five releases arriving throughout July.
The biggest was FluentCart 1.6.0, which introduced a built-in subscription engine.

Previously, a store’s subscription options depended heavily on its payment gateway. If the gateway did not support recurring payments, selling subscriptions could become difficult or impossible.
FluentCart now allows the store itself to manage renewals. It can create renewal orders, send customers payment links, and support recurring sales through any available payment gateway. Stripe and PayPal users can also enable automatic renewal charging with saved payment methods.
Store owners now get fuller control over the subscription lifecycle, including:
- Pause, resume, skip, or reactivate subscriptions
- Change renewal schedules, amounts, statuses, and billing dates
- Send renewal reminders and upcoming-charge emails
- Notify customers about payment failures and past-due renewals
- Review richer renewal histories from the subscription dashboard
July also brought MCP-powered profitability and subscription insights, advanced AI search, 15 Bricks Builder blocks, cross-site campaign attribution, new onboarding flows, and a long list of storefront and payment improvements.
FluentCart is becoming more than a checkout tool. It is growing into the operating system behind a self-hosted commerce business.
FluentPlayer Pro Is Live
On July 8, FluentPlayer Pro officially launched.
The free version had already shown what a modern WordPress video experience could look like. Pro pushed that vision further with advanced interactive layers, playlists, analytics, private media, and deeper connections with the rest of the Fluent ecosystem.
July releases added:
- Native Elementor widgets and Divi 5 modules
- Audio playback for supported CDN providers
- Private media for courses and protected content
- FluentCRM tracking for watch milestones and layer interactions
- Better FluentCommunity lesson integration
- Automatic provider detection when adding media through a URL
- Faster editor previews, improved accessibility, and more reliable resume playback
The launch also opened an exclusive FluentPlayer lifetime deal for early adopters.

FluentPlayer: Get Better
Control Over Videos
The most exciting part is not simply what FluentPlayer can do by itself. It is how video activity can now become useful business context. A course creator can understand lesson completion. A marketer can track engagement inside FluentCRM. A community owner can keep premium lesson media private without breaking the learning experience.
Video is no longer sitting outside the customer journey.
A Launch Party Worth Remembering
We marked the FluentPlayer Pro launch on July 8 at 2:00 PM with a live session from our CEO, Shahjahan Jewel.
The session included an open AMA, honest conversations about the product, and the chance to hear directly from some of FluentPlayer’s earliest adopters.
Then came the pizza.
Our team celebrated with a grand pizza party, shared launch-day stories, and took a moment to enjoy what had been built together. Product launches are always intense behind the scenes, so getting the team and early users together made this one especially memorable.
More Product Updates Across the Ecosystem
July was not quiet anywhere else in the ecosystem either.
FluentCRM
FluentCRM introduced sticky notes inside the automation editor, helping teams document ideas and instructions without affecting the automation itself. Those notes remain available through exports, imports, and duplication.
The update also added a FluentCRM contact widget to FluentCart customer profiles, new advanced filtering operators, and expanded MCP abilities for contacts, tags, lists, and automation data.
Campaigns now begin sending immediately, while the reworked parallel email pipeline makes high-volume sending safer and faster.
FluentCommunity
FluentCommunity made media a much stronger part of the community and learning experience.
July brought space media galleries, audio uploads, audio galleries, LaTeX blocks for lessons, and a FluentPlayer block for lesson feature media. Course creators can require video completion before marking a lesson complete or automatically complete the lesson when the video ends.
The releases also improved feed performance, sidebar behavior, member invitations, moderation, notification controls, and mobile usability.
Fluent Support
Fluent Support joined the connected AI workflow with its own MCP server integration. Compatible agents can work with available ticket, conversation, and customer data through controlled tools.
The product also added support for multiple AI providers, including OpenAI, Gemini, and Anthropic. New FluentCart and Easy Digital Downloads workflow conditions allow support teams to route or prioritize tickets based on purchase and license information.
Other additions included automated priority changes, command-line migration support for Zendesk and HelpScout, and stronger controls around ticket visibility and saved replies.
Fluent Forms
Fluent Forms improved advanced date restrictions with more comparison options, combined conditions, and fixed calendar-date rules.
The July releases also improved accessibility for conversational forms, loaded public form styles more efficiently on block themes, strengthened payment-data handling, and delivered several important security updates.
WP Social Ninja
WP Social Ninja shipped three releases in July, led by version 4.3.0.
The biggest connection was a new FluentCRM integration for store reviews. When a customer’s WooCommerce or FluentCart product review is approved, WP Social Ninja can tag that contact in FluentCRM and trigger review-based follow-up automations. A new Quick Setup flow can also create the review form and display template while turning WP Social Ninja into the main review hub for either store platform.
The release introduced one centralized OAuth bridge for Google Reviews, YouTube, Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok. It also added WhatsApp message-context modes, PHP 8.4 compatibility, Gutenberg Block API v3 support, better handling for large connected-product catalogs, stronger YouTube API key protection, and clearer platform connection steps.
The follow-up releases tightened security and resolved issues involving Airbnb listing details, preserved plugin data during uninstall, feed rendering, OAuth messaging, and database errors appearing on the site when WordPress debug mode was turned off.
Ninja Tables
Ninja Tables continued refining both DataTables and FooTable experiences.
Updates added dynamic-select support for custom filters, accessibility labels, clearer rendering-engine indicators, smoother exports for large tables, better instant search on mobile keyboards, and improved sticky-header behavior.
The team also resolved issues involving European decimal formats, date and time fields, inline editing, custom filters, and PHP 8.4 compatibility.
Paymattic
Paymattic added Gift Aid declaration support and a Fee Recovery field. GiveWP donation migration and tabular multi-select fields also received useful improvements.
FluentBoards
FluentBoards shipped a focused maintenance release that addressed a reported security issue and strengthened the product’s stability.
July by the Numbers
Product work is only one part of the month. The conversations, education, and support around those products matter just as much.
In July:
- The WPManageNinja ecosystem passed 1.6M+ active installations
- The WPManageNinja YouTube channel reached 200K subscribers
- Our teams published 12+ videos
- We published or updated 100+ blog posts
- Our support teams solved 400+ tickets across the ecosystem
Each number represents something real: a user building a business, a question answered, a problem fixed, or a new idea put into action.
We Want to Tell More Customer Stories
The best way to understand a product is to see what someone has built with it.
We are opening the door to more WPManageNinja plugin case studies. If one of our products has helped you grow a business, simplify an important workflow, serve customers, build a community, or solve a difficult WordPress problem, we would love to hear about it.
You may be using one product or several products together. Either way, your experience could help another WordPress user find a better path.
Contact the WPManageNinja team and tell us what you built. Your story may be featured on the relevant product website or here on WPManageNinja.
What’s Next
July made the ecosystem more connected. The next step is to make those connections even more useful.
FluentMembers is moving toward an early-access beta, giving WordPress users a native way to manage memberships and protected content inside the growing Fluent ecosystem.
MCP support will continue expanding across more products, allowing compatible AI agents to understand a broader part of the business from one connected interface.
You can also expect more improvements across the WPManageNinja ecosystem, including the next round of FluentCart updates and deeper connections between the products you already use.
One ecosystem. More shared context. Less work scattered across disconnected dashboards.
That is where we are headed.
