WPManageNinja September 2026 Roundup: Commerce, CRM & Connection

September was a month of stronger connections across the WPManageNinja ecosystem.
FluentCRM expanded beyond email with a much deeper SMS and WhatsApp experience. FluentCart closed the month with native Product Reviews and structured review data. FluentCommunity shipped five releases, Fluent Support introduced deeper reporting and AI Ticket Audit, FluentBooking brought scheduling into MCP-powered workflows, and FluentSMTP received a complete interface refresh.
Across the ecosystem, 10 products shipped 21 versioned updates during September. Product adoption kept moving too, with FluentCart crossing 9,000+ active installations and FluentAffiliate reaching 2,000+ active installations.

FluentCRM 3.2.0: Messaging Becomes a Serious CRM Channel
FluentCRM has always been strong around email marketing, contacts, automations, and customer data. Version 3.2.0 expands that foundation by bringing SMS and WhatsApp conversations much closer to the CRM itself.
Businesses can now manage incoming messages, start direct conversations, work with WhatsApp templates and media, reuse SMS templates, and send messages to one-time campaign recipients. These additions are particularly valuable for businesses where the customer journey moves between email, WhatsApp, SMS, forms, and purchases rather than staying inside a single channel.
The bigger story is not simply that FluentCRM added two messaging channels. It is that more customer conversations can now exist alongside the data and automation businesses already manage inside WordPress.
That moves FluentCRM another step beyond traditional email marketing and closer to becoming a broader self-hosted customer communication platform.
FluentCart 1.7.0: Product Reviews Arrive Natively

FluentCart shipped four versions during September, but 1.7.0 was the biggest commerce update of the month.
The release introduced native Product Reviews, allowing customers to leave ratings and written feedback while store owners can moderate reviews, reply to customers, and display verified purchase indicators. Instead of depending on another plugin for social proof, reviews can now live directly alongside FluentCart’s product, customer, and order data.
FluentCart also added JSON-LD Product and Review schema, helping search engines better understand products, offers, ratings, and review information. That connects an important conversion feature with another long-term growth channel: organic search.
September also brought an important adoption milestone. FluentCart crossed 9,000+ active installations.

For a relatively young eCommerce platform, that growth matters. It also raises expectations, and the September releases reflected that with improvements around product galleries, appearance controls, customer verification, guest purchases, theme compatibility, payments, and storefront experience.
Final Call for the FluentCart Early Bird LTD
9,000+ Stores use FluentCart for their eCommerce Businesses, and its Early Bird Lifetime Deal is almost over.
If you’ve been planning to switch, migrate, or build with FluentCart, this is the final window to lock in the LTD before it ends in early October.
FluentCommunity: Five Releases in One Month
FluentCommunity had the busiest release cycle of September with five versions shipped during the month.
The updates brought push notifications, PWA improvements, server-rendered pages, static Space pages, better navigation, and major quiz improvements. New quiz formats such as Fill in the Blank, Ordering, Matching, and Written Answer give course creators much more flexibility when building assessments.
The SEO work is equally important. Public community content can now have a clearer path toward search visibility rather than remaining trapped inside a fully dynamic community interface.
FluentCommunity continues to move beyond a traditional community plugin, combining community, courses, learning, content, and member engagement inside one WordPress experience.
Fluent Support 2.4.0: Better Reporting, AI Audit, Better Insights

Fluent Support 2.4.0 focused heavily on turning support activity into useful business information.
The release introduced Advanced Reports for ticket activity, agent performance, product insights, business boxes, and historical comparisons. Teams can now see more clearly where support volume is coming from and how performance changes over time.
The new AI Ticket Audit adds another layer by helping teams analyze support conversations using supported AI providers. Rather than using AI only to generate responses, businesses can use it to identify patterns, customer mood, and recurring issues across their support operation.
That makes support data useful well beyond simply closing tickets.

FluentBooking Brings Scheduling Into MCP Workflows
FluentBooking shipped twice during September.
Version 2.4.0 introduced an MCP Server, bringing scheduling data and supported booking actions into the wider AI direction of the Fluent ecosystem.
Version 2.5.0 then added host-only notes, admin rescheduling, Fluent Forms field mapping, better one-off event controls, and improvements across recurring bookings, reminders, payments, performance, and security.
Together, the releases made FluentBooking more connected while also solving several practical scheduling problems for hosts and administrators.
FluentBoards Makes Collaboration and Migration Easier
FluentBoards 2.1.0 improved comments, Markdown previews, task usability, and collaboration. Mermaid diagrams can now be viewed more naturally inside project workflows, which is particularly useful for development and technical teams.
The release also added Trello API import, reducing one of the biggest barriers when businesses consider moving from an existing project management platform.
Migration features rarely make the loudest launch announcement, but they can make the biggest difference when someone is actually ready to switch.
FluentSMTP Gets a Fresh New Experience
FluentSMTP received one of its biggest interface updates in September.
Version 2.4.0 introduced a redesigned dashboard, improved navigation, better connection management, refreshed email logs, recent activity, alerts, and dark mode. The interface now feels much closer to the broader Fluent product experience.
Version 2.4.1 followed with improvements across Outlook, Office 365, Postmark, Mailgun, SMTP2GO, SparkPost, and Amazon SES.
The core mission remains simple: make WordPress email delivery dependable. The experience around that mission is now cleaner too.
More Improvements Across the Ecosystem
Fluent Forms 6.2.14 focused on payment and workflow reliability, including Stripe handling, retries, subscription trials, installments, refunds, conditional totals, Save & Resume, receipts, imports, and Date field improvements.
Ninja Tables 5.2.17 added Google Sheets and CSV support to DataTables while improving custom filters, translation, frontend presentation, and security.
Paymattic 4.6.26 and 4.6.27 strengthened payment workflows across Stripe, Razorpay, Mollie, subscriptions, refunds, webhooks, dashboard access, and payment security.
These releases may not carry the month’s biggest headlines, but they improve workflows businesses already depend on every day.
2,000+ Active Installations for FluentAffiliate
FluentAffiliate did not receive a versioned release during September, but it still reached an important early milestone.
FluentAffiliate crossed 2,000+ active installations.
More WordPress businesses are choosing to manage affiliate registrations, referral tracking, commissions, payouts, reporting, and affiliate relationships inside their own WordPress stack.
For a young product, reaching the 2,000-site mark is another encouraging signal that self-hosted affiliate management has a place inside the growing Fluent ecosystem.
And there is another reason this milestone matters right now.
Final Call for FluentAffiliate Early Bird LTD
FluentAffiliate has crossed 2,000+ active installations, and its Early Bird Lifetime Deal is nearing the end.
If affiliate marketing is part of your growth plan, this is the final window to lock in the LTD before it closes in early October.
More Than Product Releases: 100+ Blogs, 15 Videos, 200+ Social Assets
Product development does not stop when a feature ships.
Users need tutorials, explanations, examples, comparisons, workflows, and practical ideas that help them turn a feature into something useful for their business.
That work continued throughout September.
Across our domains, our teams published or updated 100+ blog posts covering WordPress, eCommerce, CRM, email marketing, forms, community building, affiliate marketing, automation, video, payments, and business growth.
We also created 15 resourceful videos, helping users understand products and workflows visually, while more than 200 social media assets went live across our social channels.
These are not separate from product development in our eyes. Education is part of the product experience.
A feature only becomes valuable when someone knows how, when, and why to use it.

Contributing Back to WordPress: WordCamp Sylhet 2026
September also brought us closer to one of the WordPress events we have been looking forward to all year.
WordCamp Sylhet 2026 takes place on October 2–3 at SUST, Sylhet, and our contribution goes well beyond simply attending.
FluentCart is joining WordCamp Sylhet 2026 as a Platinum Sponsor, supporting an event that brings together WordPress users, developers, designers, marketers, contributors, agencies, students, and businesses from across the community.

For us, sponsorship is only one part of the story.
Members of the AuthLab/WPManageNinja team are contributing to WordCamp Sylhet as organizers, volunteers, speakers, and table leads. Some will be helping behind the scenes, some will be sharing their knowledge on stage, and others will be working directly with contributors and attendees throughout the event.
WordCamps have always been built through community participation. People give their time, knowledge, experience, and energy to create something useful for everyone else.
We have benefited enormously from WordPress over the years, and contributing back to that ecosystem remains an important part of how we work.
This time, we are doing it again in Sylhet.
If you are attending WordCamp Sylhet on October 2–3, come meet the team at SUST, Sylhet.
We would love to see you there.
September by the Numbers
When everything is put together, September was another substantial month across WPManageNinja:
- 21 product releases
- 10 products updated
- 9,000+ FluentCart active installations
- 2,000+ FluentAffiliate active installations
- 100+ blogs across our domains
- 15 resourceful videos
- 200+ social media assets
- FluentCart Platinum Sponsorship at WordCamp Sylhet 2026
- WPManageNinja/AuthLab contributors participating as organizers, speakers, volunteers, and table leads
The numbers show activity.
What matters more is what sits behind them.
Thousands of stores, marketers, creators, support teams, educators, agencies, communities, and small businesses are using these products to do real work. Every release, tutorial, video, support conversation, and community contribution is another opportunity to make that work easier.
What September Tells Us About the Ecosystem
September made the broader direction of WPManageNinja clearer.
FluentCRM is bringing more customer conversations into one place. FluentCart is connecting commerce with reviews and trust. Fluent Support is turning customer conversations into better operational insights. FluentBooking is joining AI-assisted workflows. FluentCommunity is bringing community and learning closer together.
At the same time, smaller improvements across Fluent Forms, Paymattic, Ninja Tables, FluentSMTP, and FluentBoards continue strengthening the workflows businesses already rely on.
These are different products solving different problems.
But increasingly, they understand different parts of the same customer journey.
A form captures the lead. CRM manages the relationship. Booking schedules the meeting. Cart manages the purchase. Support handles the questions. Community builds engagement. Affiliate software helps bring the next customer.
The closer those pieces become, the less fragmented running a WordPress business needs to feel.
What’s Next
September gave us plenty of momentum heading into October.
First, we are heading to WordCamp Sylhet 2026 on October 2–3, where our team will be contributing across sponsorship, organization, volunteering, speaking, and contributor activities.
On the product side, FluentCRM now has a broader messaging foundation, FluentCart has a stronger trust layer, FluentCommunity continues expanding rapidly, and MCP is making more parts of the ecosystem accessible to practical AI workflows.
There is still a lot to build. There always is.
For now, September leaves us with 21 releases, two growing product milestones, hundreds of educational resources, and another opportunity to contribute to the WordPress community that made all of this possible.
On to October.
