We will never spam you. We will only send you product updates and tips.
Over the past few years, FluentCRM has grown from a simple email automation tool into something much bigger.
Today, thousands of WordPress businesses run their entire marketing system directly from their own websites. They manage contacts, automate customer journeys, send campaigns, and track engagement, all without relying on external SaaS platforms.
That growth didn’t happen in isolation.
Every feature request, workflow discussion, and real-world use case from the community has helped shape the direction of FluentCRM.
And today we’re opening the next chapter.
FluentCRM 3.0 Beta is now publicly available.
This release brings some of the most significant improvements we’ve ever built, from a completely new communication channel to a redesigned interface and major performance upgrades behind the scenes.
Let’s explore what’s new.
TL;DR
- FluentCRM 3.0 Beta introduces some of the biggest changes in the product’s history, including SMS marketing, a redesigned interface, and a Gutenberg-native email builder.
- Users can now run both email and SMS marketing directly inside WordPress, including two-way SMS conversations, bulk campaigns, and automation-based messaging.
- The new interface feels cleaner, more modern, and more aligned with the rest of the Fluent ecosystem, making everyday workflows easier to manage.
- Behind the scenes, FluentCRM now runs on Vue 3 and an upgraded framework, creating a faster, more scalable foundation for future features.
- FluentCart abandoned cart recovery, better automation reporting, manual automation progression, and privacy-first email tracking make FluentCRM 3.0 a major step forward for WordPress businesses.
More Than an Update
FluentCRM 3.0 is not just another feature release.
Yes, there are major improvements you can already see and use. But just as importantly, there is a lot happening underneath the surface. This beta lays the groundwork for a more connected, more flexible, and more capable FluentCRM.
Some parts of this release are about making the experience better right now. Others are about building the foundation for the next generation of improvements.
That is what makes this release special.

Bringing SMS Marketing Into FluentCRM
Email is still one of the most valuable channels in digital marketing. It gives businesses a direct line to their audience and remains one of the most reliable ways to nurture leads and drive sales.
But customer communication does not happen in one channel anymore.
People expect quicker updates. Faster reminders. More immediate touchpoints. Sometimes email is the right fit. Sometimes the better channel is SMS.
Until now, most FluentCRM users had to connect to a separate SMS platform if they wanted to do that. Which meant splitting their data, their messaging, and their workflows across multiple tools.
With FluentCRM 3.0, that changes.
You can now manage email and SMS marketing from the same place: inside your WordPress dashboard. That means your contacts stay in one system. Your automations stay in one system. And your customer communication becomes much easier to manage.

Two-Way Conversations, Not Just Outgoing Messages
One of the most exciting parts of this release is that SMS is not treated as a one-directional broadcasting tool.
Because that is not how real communication works.
Customers reply. They ask questions. They confirm appointments. They respond to offers. They want to continue the conversation.
FluentCRM 3.0 introduces two-way SMS messaging, so you can send SMS messages and receive replies directly inside FluentCRM. Those conversations stay attached to the contact profile, making it easier to keep track of context and history without switching platforms.
That makes SMS feel like part of your CRM, not an add-on sitting somewhere else.
Send Bulk SMS Campaigns in Seconds
Sometimes you do not need a long email funnel. Sometimes you just need to get a message out, fast.
Maybe it is a limited-time promotion. Maybe it is an event reminder. Maybe it is a quick product announcement.
With bulk SMS campaigns, you can reach the right people at the right time using the same segmentation logic you already rely on for email marketing.
That means SMS is not a disconnected feature. It becomes part of the same strategy you are already building inside FluentCRM.

SMS Inside Your Automation Workflows
Automation has always been the heart of FluentCRM, and this is where SMS becomes even more powerful.
Now, SMS can be used naturally inside your workflows. A contact signs up for your list. Makes a purchase. Join a membership. Reaches a key milestone. At that point, FluentCRM can send an SMS as part of the journey.
This opens up more responsive, more timely customer experiences.
Instead of forcing businesses to choose between email and SMS, FluentCRM now allows them to use both together, in the same automation, based on what makes the most sense.

Powered by Twilio and Amazon End User Messaging
To handle delivery, FluentCRM 3.0 integrates with:
- Twilio
- Amazon End User Messaging
This gives users flexibility to choose the provider that fits their region, use case, and pricing preferences.
A Dedicated Home for SMS Activity
Once SMS becomes part of your marketing system, you need a clear way to manage it.
That is why FluentCRM includes a dedicated space for SMS activity, where you can keep track of conversations, campaigns, custom messages, and triggered sends from automations.
Everything stays organized in one place, which matters even more as messaging volume grows.
And this is only the beginning. The beta introduces the core infrastructure, but it also opens the door for future possibilities like shortcodes, A/B testing, WhatsApp integration, and more.

A Refined Interface That Feels Better to Work In
When a product grows over time, the experience inside it matters more and more.
FluentCRM 3.0 introduces a refreshed interface designed to feel cleaner, faster, and easier to navigate. But this redesign is not just about making things look nicer. It is about making the product easier to use in the middle of real work.
You should not have to hunt for what you need. You should not feel slowed down by clutter. And you should not feel like one part of the Fluent ecosystem looks completely different from another.
That is why the new FluentCRM experience feels much more aligned with products like Fluent Forms and FluentCart. The structure is clearer. The visual language is more consistent. The workflows feel more connected.
It is a more polished experience, but also a more practical one.

Designed With Intention
We are also being careful about how this new interface is introduced.
Rather than redesigning everything at once, we are improving the product in the areas that matter most first. That gives us room to collect feedback, refine details, and make sure each update improves the workflow instead of simply changing the appearance.
This is not a one-time facelift. It is the beginning of a stronger design foundation for FluentCRM moving forward.
A Gutenberg-Native Email Builder at Last
For many users, the email editor is the most important part of FluentCRM.
It is where ideas turn into campaigns. Where product announcements are written. Where newsletters take shape. Where design and messaging meet.
That is why one of the biggest changes in FluentCRM 3.0 is the move toward a Gutenberg-native email experience.
Until now, FluentCRM worked well, but it was not fully aligned with what modern WordPress users have come to expect from Gutenberg. That naturally limited how flexible and intuitive the editing experience could become.
Now, FluentCRM moves much closer to the editing experience WordPress users already know.

More Freedom to Design Emails Your Way
With deeper Gutenberg compatibility, creating emails becomes more flexible and much more familiar.
You can build layouts using headings, text blocks, media, tables, columns, and other familiar content elements. Whether you are sending a simple newsletter or a more polished promotional campaign, you have much more control over how the email comes together.
Of course, email HTML still has limitations. That part never fully disappears. But within those constraints, FluentCRM 3.0 gives users far more room to create well-designed campaigns without feeling boxed in.
A Better Editing Experience
This new approach also brings practical improvements that make the editor feel more reliable day to day.
You can now benefit from things like automatic saving, better block handling, and distraction-free editing with fullscreen support. Those details may sound small on paper, but they matter a lot when you are writing and building campaigns regularly.
And importantly, your existing emails and templates remain intact.
Better Product Blocks for WooCommerce and FluentCart
Once the editor becomes more flexible, the next step is making product promotion easier too.
FluentCRM 3.0 improves product blocks and adds better display options, especially for FluentCart users. This makes it much easier to insert products directly into emails using different layouts and showcase styles.
Instead of manually piecing together promotional emails, you can now build cleaner, more conversion-focused product emails with much less effort.
For stores and creators selling through WordPress, this is a meaningful improvement.

A Major Performance Upgrade: Faster, Smoother, and More Future-Ready With Vue 3
While many improvements in FluentCRM 3.0 are visible in the interface, one of the biggest upgrades happens behind the scenes.
The admin interface now runs on Vue 3, a modern JavaScript framework designed for speed and scalability.
This upgrade brings noticeable improvements such as:
- Faster dashboard loading
- Smoother interactions when managing contacts
- Better performance when handling large datasets
More importantly, this technical foundation allows the FluentCRM team to build more advanced features without slowing down the user experience.
Automation Is Getting Smarter and Easier to Manage
Automation has always been central to FluentCRM, and version 3.0 continues to strengthen that part of the product.
This release includes framework upgrades and interface improvements that make automations more reliable, more transparent, and more flexible in real-world use.
A Stronger Framework for Future Workflows
Under the hood, the automation system has been upgraded to support more advanced capabilities in the future. Some of those possibilities are not fully visible yet, but the groundwork is being laid now.
That kind of work matters because automation systems tend to grow in complexity as businesses grow. A stronger foundation means FluentCRM can support more advanced journeys later without becoming fragile or difficult to maintain.
Better Automation Reporting
Long automations can sometimes be hard to understand, especially when you are trying to see where contacts are moving, where friction appears, or how a funnel is performing.
That is why FluentCRM 3.0 improves the automation reporting experience. The goal is simple: give users better visibility into how automations are actually working.
With clearer reporting and better filtering, it becomes easier to monitor flows and improve them over time.

Manually Advance Contacts When Needed
Real customer journeys are not always neat and predictable.
Sometimes you need to step in and move a contact forward based on a support conversation, a sales interaction, or a unique business case.
FluentCRM 3.0 now allows you to manually advance contacts to the next step in an automation, giving you more control without needing awkward workarounds.
It is a small feature on the surface, but for many users it will make automations much more practical.

FluentCart Abandoned Cart Recovery, Built In
Another major addition in FluentCRM 3.0 is direct integration with FluentCart abandoned cart recovery.
When a shopper leaves without completing their purchase, FluentCRM can now trigger recovery sequences automatically. That means you can build email workflows based on cart abandonment, use conditional logic around products or cart value, and recover revenue without needing a third-party plugin to bridge the gap.
For WordPress businesses, that is a big deal.
The more your tools work together natively, the easier it becomes to build meaningful customer journeys without unnecessary complexity.
Privacy-First Email Tracking
Marketing teams still need data. But users also care about privacy, and regulations continue to push platforms toward more responsible tracking.
FluentCRM 3.0 introduces anonymous, privacy-first email tracking, making it possible to understand opens and clicks at the campaign level without exposing individual subscriber behavior.
That gives businesses useful performance insights while helping them stay more aligned with privacy expectations and regulations like GDPR.
It is a thoughtful improvement, and one that reflects where marketing software needs to go.

This Beta Matters Because Your Feedback Matters
FluentCRM has never been built in isolation.
The product has always evolved through real-world use, real feedback, and real conversations with its community. That is exactly why this beta matters.
Yes, it is an early release. Yes, some improvements are already visible while others are laying the groundwork for what comes next. But that is also what makes this stage valuable.
It gives users a chance to explore the direction of FluentCRM before the final release. To test features in real environments. To spot edge cases. To share ideas. To help shape the final experience.
If you install the beta, this is a great time to:
- Test the new features
- Explore the updated interface
- Check how the new editor feels in real use
- Report bugs or unexpected behavior
- Share suggestions with the team
That feedback will directly help improve the final release.

It is becoming more connected. More flexible. More polished. More capable. More ready for the kind of marketing workflows modern WordPress businesses actually need.
Some changes are already visible in the product today. Others are infrastructure investments that will pay off over time. Together, they make this one of the most important steps forward FluentCRM has taken so far.
