WPManageNinja October 2026 Roundup: 1.8 Million Reasons to Keep Building

Somewhere between the releases, customer queries, and a guide waiting to go live, October became one of our busiest months of the year.
You probably felt that pace in your own business. AI keeps opening new possibilities. Tools evolve, expectations grow, and there is always something new to figure out. Our job is to make that change easier to work with.
So we got to work. 24 updates across 11 products. 100 blogs across our domains. More than 22 carefully curated videos and 200 social media resources. Alongside it all, our teams answered pre-sales questions, resolved issues, and walked customers through the workarounds they needed to keep moving.
We also made time for a few birthdays. One involved 9,000+ active stores, five releases in five days, and enough cakes and pizzas to bring everyone away from their desks.
Here’s how October unfolded at WPManageNinja.

FluentCart Turns One with 9,000+ Active Stores
A first birthday feels different when thousands of businesses are already using what you built.
We launched FluentCart on October 14, 2025. A year later, it powers more than 9,000 active eCommerce stores, with 44 releases delivered during that first year.
Every store brings its own requirements. Different products, different customers, different ways of selling. Working through those needs has shaped FluentCart throughout its first year.
For its first anniversary, we ran another flash release week: five releases in five days, from October 12 to 16.
Together with an earlier October release, that brought FluentCart’s monthly total to six.

More Flexible Pricing and a Shorter Checkout Journey
The birthday week began with FluentCart 1.8.0 and Dynamic Pricing.
Store owners gained more control over conditional discounts and fees. Named discounts and strikethrough pricing also helped make offers clearer to customers.
Next came FluentCart 1.9.0 and on-page checkout. Customers can choose products and complete their purchase on the same page, with support for single or multiple product selections, live totals, and selection limits.
For merchants building a campaign landing page or a focused product offer, that creates a more direct buying journey.
Multi-Currency Takes Its First Step
FluentCart 2.0.0 introduced Multi-Currency Beta, bringing exchange rates, rounding rules, charm pricing, and a currency switcher into the store experience.
For businesses serving customers in different markets, this opens up new ways to present prices. The feature launched in beta, so merchants should take that status into account when planning their rollout.
Version 2.1.0 followed with multi-currency reporting and additional checkout field styles. Version 2.2.0 added RTL support, multi-currency handling for admin-created orders, and clearer tax information on receipts.
Earlier in the month, version 1.7.1 added support for the Airwallex gateway add-on, alongside review filtering, styling options, and product schema improvements.
More Design Options for Elementor Users
The separate Elementor Blocks for FluentCart 1.1.0 update introduced six review widgets and 11 layouts, with availability varying by plan.
It gave merchants using Elementor more ways to display customer reviews and design their store pages.
This add-on release sits outside the 24 core product updates listed above.
FluentCart’s Lifetime Offer Closes October 30
FluentCart’s first anniversary also brings its founding lifetime offer to a close.
October 30 is the final day to purchase a FluentCart lifetime plan. From October 31, new purchases move to annual plans.
Existing lifetime customers will continue receiving the updates and support included with their licenses.
To everyone who chose FluentCart during its first year: thank you. You trusted an early product with your business, shared your experience, and helped us make it better.
This was a once-in-a-lifetime offer for FluentCart. You can read the full details in our lifetime plan announcement.

Fluent Forms Reaches 800,000+ Active Installations
Fluent Forms reached 800,000+ active installations this October.
Forms are often where a business relationship begins. Someone asks a question, books a service, registers for an event, or makes a payment. That first interaction needs to work.
Seeing Fluent Forms become part of so many websites is something we are proud of. It also gives us plenty of reasons to keep improving the details.

October’s Fluent Forms 6.2.16 update brought improvements across customer workflows, form editing, and developer tools:
- Guest-order claiming: Customers can claim eligible past guest orders through email confirmation.
- Custom HTML smartcodes: A smartcode picker makes dynamic information easier to add.
- Developer access: MCP tools connect with the WordPress Abilities REST API.
- Everyday reliability: Fixes address payment emails, entry shortcodes, exports, permissions, and validation.
At this scale, small improvements reach a lot of people.
To everyone who has installed Fluent Forms, recommended it, or taken the time to report something we could improve: thank you for helping us reach this milestone.
FluentCRM Turns Six and Brings Marketing Activity into Focus

FluentCRM celebrated its sixth anniversary on October 9, with more than 80,000 businesses using it.
The month also brought three releases: 3.2.6, 3.3.0, and 3.3.1.
Version 3.2.6 improved familiar tasks with clearer status counts, more precise searches, better previews, and interface refinements.
Then FluentCRM 3.3.0, released on October 29, introduced a broader view of campaigns, messaging, and customer activity.
Campaign and Messaging Reports
Campaign Calendar Reports added monthly, quarterly, and yearly views, helping teams review campaign activity across different periods.
New messaging reports brought visibility into SMS and WhatsApp volume and delivery.
For marketers managing several types of communication, these reports make it easier to understand what has been happening and plan the next steps.

Purchase Context Where Marketers Need It
The FluentCart integration became more useful with quick order previews inside a contact’s purchase history.
Global FluentCart customer smart codes also made store-related customer information easier to use in communications.
When marketing and sales information are connected, teams can spend less time looking up details and more time deciding what to do with them.
Faster Automation and Easier Contact Management
Version 3.3.0 also improved company custom-field filtering, bulk recipient actions, and automation timing.
Back-to-back automation emails could send more promptly, without the previous five-minute cron wait between those sends.
A same-day 3.3.1 hotfix resolved a JavaScript error on the Contacts page.
Six years in, FluentCRM continues to grow around the practical work of understanding customers and communicating with them.
Better Tools for Support Teams, Communities, and Projects
A lot of October’s work focused on helping people manage the tasks that fill their day.
Fluent Support: Find the Conversation and Keep It Moving
Fluent Support 2.4.5 and 2.4.7 improved ticket management, automation, and the agent experience.
Remote Portal support arrived for Pro users. New workflow triggers and conditions expanded automation around reopened tickets, agent responses, assignments, and customer feedback.
Email threading received attention too, including better handling of replies, automated responses, and potential email loops.
Later in the month, live ticket counts in sidebar views and a redesigned customer search experience helped agents find the right work more quickly. S3-compatible storage expanded attachment options, while loading admin assets only where needed reduced unnecessary downloads.
For support teams, those details add up across a busy day.
FluentCommunity: Understand Activity and Organize What Members See
FluentCommunity 2.12.0 introduced Insights reporting for members, content, and courses.
Community owners gained more visibility into activity and more control over the order of spaces and courses. Default and locked sorting options helped them organize the experience members see.
Real-time unread badges made recent activity easier to spot. Improvements to filtering, the editor, uploads, and the mobile experience supported everyday participation.
The update helped owners understand their communities while making it easier for members to find their way around.
FluentBoards: Less Setup Before the Work Begins
FluentBoards 2.2.0 introduced built-in and reusable board templates, giving teams a faster starting point for new projects.
OpenRouter AI support, account-level MCP keys, and imports without a Pro requirement expanded how teams could connect tools and bring work into FluentBoards.
Folder organization, recurring-task filters, and member-access improvements helped with ongoing project management.
Versions 2.2.1 and 2.2.2 followed with fixes covering attachments, imports, recurring tasks, permissions, and previews.
More Progress Across the Product Family
Several other products received updates that deserve a place in this month’s roundup.
FluentAffiliate 1.7.0 added PayPal payouts for Pro users, commission holding periods, and affiliate creative management. Improvements to commission calculations, attribution, migration, and payout handling gave program managers more control over their operations.
Ninja Tables 5.2.18 expanded Excel import and export, including frontend export options. Styling controls and better previews helped users manage both the information in their tables and how it appears on a page.
Paymattic 4.6.28 focused on maintenance and reliability, including invoice and activity-log handling.
FluentAuth’s three releases improved login and registration workflows. Version 3.1.0 added Cloudflare Turnstile support across supported signup, login, password reset, and WooCommerce forms, alongside magic-link fixes and improvements to setup and reporting.
FluentSnippets 10.57 and 10.58 improved authoring controls and editor reliability. REST authoring routes returned behind an explicit opt-in setting, disabled by default. A subsequent fix addressed a navigation issue that could load and save the wrong snippet.
These updates may be smaller than a major feature launch, but they matter to the people who depend on those workflows.
FluentBooking Celebrates Three Years
FluentBooking marked its third anniversary on October 19.
It also reached 20,000 active installations, doubling from 10,000 at the previous anniversary.
Behind those bookings are consultations, lessons, interviews, appointments, and first conversations with future customers. We are grateful to everyone who has made FluentBooking part of their working day.
With FluentCRM turning six and FluentCart turning one, October gave us three product birthdays to celebrate.

100 Blogs, 22+ Videos, and 200+ Social Media Resources
Releasing a feature is one part of the job. Helping someone use it confidently takes more work.
Across our domains this October, we published:
- 100 blog posts covering practical questions, product guidance, and business workflows.
- 22+ carefully curated, informative videos to help users learn through demonstrations and explanations.
- 200+ social media resources to share useful information in formats people can find and follow throughout their day.
We also launched new pages to make relevant product information and resources easier to discover.

The questions our users bring us help shape this work. Sometimes a written guide is the most useful answer. Sometimes a video makes a process easier to understand. Other times, a short tip is enough to get someone past the point where they were stuck.
October’s resources included FluentBoards MCP prompts, guidance around FluentCommunity Insights and content organization, FluentSMTP email authentication and troubleshooting articles, and a guide to creating WordPress tables from Excel sheets.
The aim is simple: make it easier for users to find an answer and get back to their work.
The Work Behind Every Answer
There is another part of a busy month that a release table cannot show.
Our teams spent October answering pre-sales questions, resolving customer issues, explaining options, and walking users through workarounds.
Someone considering a product needs to know whether it fits their business. Someone facing an issue needs a clear answer and a practical next step. Both deserve our attention.
Those conversations also help us understand what to improve. A recurring question may point to unclear documentation. A workaround may reveal a workflow that needs attention. Feedback from a customer may show us a use case we had not considered.
With over 1.8 million users across 195+ countries, there is always more to learn.
Our WPManageNinja community remains a place to share those questions, experiences, and ideas. We appreciate everyone who takes the time to help us see our products from their side of the screen.
From Sylhet to Barcelona: Supporting the WordPress Community
October brought opportunities to support the wider WordPress community close to home and further afield.
WordCamp Sylhet 2026
WordCamp Sylhet took place on October 2–3 at Shahjalal University of Science and Technology, with FluentCart as a Platinum Sponsor.
Our involvement included Contributor Day table leads Abir and Nuhel, while Shahjahan Jewel joined a panel discussion.
Supporting an event in the city we call home is especially meaningful. It brings contributors, developers, business owners, and users together, giving people room to learn and contribute to WordPress.
PressConf EU 2026 in Barcelona
FluentCart was also a Spark Sponsor of PressConf EU 2026 in Barcelona, held October 27–30.
The conference brings together professionals driving the WordPress economy, with conversations around the businesses and products shaping its future.
As a company building within that community, we are glad to help make those conversations possible.

Yes, We Made Time for Cake
In the middle of all that work, we celebrated FluentCart’s first birthday with big cakes and pizzas.
A first year goes quickly when you are busy building. It was good to step away from the next task and appreciate what the team and our users had helped make possible.
There is a lot behind each release: development, testing, documentation, support, and making sure people understand what has changed. Celebrating together gave us a moment to recognize that work.
To everyone who has been part of FluentCart’s first year, thank you.

It also reminded us why working efficiently matters. Every improvement we make should help someone else spend less time figuring things out and more time doing what they came to do.
As November begins, FluentCart enters its second year and moves to annual-only sales for new customers. Our Black Friday and Cyber Monday roundup continues to take shape, with more brands invited to participate.
