Product Releases & Milestones
FluentCRM 3.0 Beta is Live

This is the one we have been building toward.
FluentCRM started as a self-hosted email automation tool. Over the years it has become something much larger, a full marketing CRM for WordPress businesses.
Thousands of sites run their entire customer communication system through it. And every feature request, every real-world workflow, and every community discussion has shaped what 3.0 looks like.
The headline: SMS marketing is now inside FluentCRM.
Until now, you needed a separate SMS platform to send text messages to your contacts. That meant splitting your audience data, your automations, and your messaging across multiple tools. With 3.0, email and SMS live in the same place — inside your WordPress dashboard.
What makes this genuinely different is that SMS is not treated as a one-way broadcast tool. FluentCRM 3.0 supports two-way SMS conversations. Customers can reply to your messages. Those replies attach to the contact profile, keeping all communication history in one view.
Beyond SMS, here is what else landed in the 3.0 Beta:
- Redesigned interface: cleaner, more modern, aligned with the Fluent ecosystem
- Gutenberg-native email builder: build email campaigns directly in the block editor
- Vue 3 upgrade: a faster, more scalable foundation under the hood
- FluentCart abandoned cart recovery: connect your store’s cart behavior to FluentCRM automations
- Better automation reporting: clearer visibility into what your automations are doing
- Manual automation progression: move contacts through automation steps manually when needed
- Privacy-first email tracking: improved compliance with modern tracking standards
The beta is publicly available now. If you are a FluentCRM user, this is worth testing.
700,000+ Small Businesses Trust Fluent Forms to Power Their Websites

Fluent Forms crossed 700,000 active installs this month. We got 100k new users in just 8 months.
That is a milestone worth pausing on. Seven hundred thousand WordPress sites are running their forms with Fluent Forms. Contact forms, payment forms, surveys, quizzes, multi-step flows all of it, on more than 700,000 active websites.
We are grateful to every single user who chose Fluent Forms and stuck with it.
FluentCart Empowering 5,000+ eCommerce Stores

FluentCart is now empowering 5000+ eCommerce stores all over the world. The product launched nearly six months ago.
In that time it has become the eCommerce solution for thousands of WordPress stores selling digital products, physical goods, subscriptions, and licenses. And it is just getting started.
FluentBooking Reaches 20,000+ Active Installations

FluentBooking crossed 20,000 active installs this month.
That puts it solidly in the growing range for our newer products. Twenty thousand WordPress sites use FluentBooking for appointments, meetings, and scheduling and the product keeps improving with every release.
FluentPlayer is Ready to Launch

The FluentPlayer waitlist is open, and the product is ready.
FluentPlayer is our video player for WordPress — built for speed, reliability, and meaningful analytics. It is not just about how the video looks. The focus is on performance, glitch-free playback, and the kind of engagement data that actually helps you understand your audience.
If video is a serious part of your site, now is the time to get in line.

Knowledge & Resources: March in Numbers
March was a full month beyond just product shipping. 100+ resources published across our domains, docs, guides, and reference pages.
FluentCart’s documentation is growing fast. FluentPlayer’s docs are being built in parallel with the product, so they will be ready at launch.
Newsletters went out from multiple product domains. The response has been good, people are finding the content useful and engaging with it.
15 videos published by our video team this month, each one carefully produced, not just filler content. Our WPManageNinja video library is closing in on 1,000 videos total. That is a real archive of product knowledge built over time.
Our social channels stayed active throughout March. The team published consistently across platforms, and traffic to our social handles reflected it.
The WPManageNinja Community kept moving on its own. Members are solving problems together, sharing workarounds, and building on each other’s knowledge, which is exactly what a healthy community looks like.

Our support team did not stop. Not even for Eid. While the rest of the company took time to celebrate, the support team stayed online for our customers. That kind of commitment does not go unnoticed and it should not go unmentioned.
Team Moments
International Women’s Day

We took a moment to celebrate the women on our team this month. Every one of our team members got recognized and received gifts. It was a small gesture, but one that felt worth doing.
Eid Celebration
March ended with Eid, and we celebrated it together as a team. Gifts, bonuses, and time with family. After a month of shipping, it was the right kind of reset.
What’s Next
April is going to be big.
FluentCRM 3.0 moves from beta toward stable. FluentPlayer moves from waitlist to launch. And across the ecosystem, the work we shipped in March becomes the foundation for what comes next.
We are building in public, one month at a time. Thank you for being part of it.
