We will never spam you. We will only send you product updates and tips.
As we say goodbye to 2025, we are excited to look back on a year that really captured our company motto: “Build What We Use, Empower What You Create.” At WPManageNinja, this core idea has pushed us to create tools that tackle everyday problems.
We start with our own needs and then expand them to help millions of WordPress users around the world. This year brought amazing growth, fresh ideas, and stronger ties with our community. All of it fits perfectly with our vision: To create a seamless, bloat-free ecosystem that turns WordPress into a powerhouse for businesses, from solo entrepreneurs to enterprise teams.
Our philosophy is straightforward but deep. We focus on designs that put users first, constant improvements driven by your feedback, and connections between tools that make everything smoother. We build and use our plugins in our own work every day. This way, we make sure they are strong, easy to use, and ready for whatever comes next.
At the heart of it all is innovation that does not overcomplicate things. We make lightweight solutions that pack the power of big enterprise tools. They help build efficiency, spark creativity, and support growth that sustains. As we think about what is ahead, this philosophy will lead us to a future with even tighter connections. In that future, WordPress will handle everything from eCommerce to customer engagement right from your dashboard.
With that in mind, let’s jump into the highlights of 2025. It was a year that gave us a sneak peek at the great road we are building for 2026 and beyond.

Now that you got a glimpse, letโs get into the details.
The Milestone That Defined Our Year: Launching FluentCart
Every year brings releases that people look forward to, but 2025’s big one was FluentCart. Our new eCommerce plugin quickly became a hot topic in the WordPress world.
The idea for it started back in 2019. We shaped it carefully over time with several changes to the plan. We did this to match what users really needed. We even switched our own order processes, subscriptions, and licensing over from Easy Digital Downloads to FluentCart. That let us test it hard in our daily work before we shared it with everyone.
We built FluentCart from the basics to make it easy for anyone to use and able to grow big. It brings the features of enterprise tools without all the extra stuff that slows things down. It fixes common eCommerce headaches for all kinds of businesses. Think solo creators selling digital files or growing businesses handling tricky stock levels. The key features we added in 2025 include:
- Support for digital, physical, and hybrid products
- Subscriptions, licensing, and advanced inventory management
- In-depth reports, analytics, and tax/shipping classes
- Integrations with Paddle, Mollie, Paystack, Authorize.Net, and more
- Built-in coupons, order bumps, and role-based access control
- Seamless ties to FluentCRM, FluentAffiliate, FluentSupport, FluentCommunity, Ninja Tables, AWS S3, Flowmattic, BitApps, and native Gutenberg blocks
Since we launched it, FluentCart has helped more than 3,000 active sites. That shows how quickly people are picking it up as a simpler choice over those heavier eCommerce options. Feedback from our beta testers and the whole community has meant a lot. It keeps us updating things all the time. In the near future, we plan to add Elementor and Divi blocks, built-in recurring payments, and stronger links with Fluent Forms and FluentBoards. These steps will make our ecosystem even better. They line up with our goal of smooth workflows all in WordPress.
This launch was more than just putting out a new product. It showed our belief in working together to improve things. Your ideas help shape the tools that make your work better.

But 2025 wasnโt just about products. It was about the people, the community, and the team behind them. We surely can’t thank you enough!
The Power of Our Unified Ecosystem
The numbers only show part of what we do. The real story is in how our tools work together. The WPManageNinja ecosystem runs millions of sites with smooth automations.

For example, a FluentCart purchase or a Fluent Forms submission starts FluentCRM email sequences right away. FluentAffiliate keeps track of referrals in the same flow. FluentBooking sets up appointments that lead to follow-up emails in FluentCRM. Ninja Tables shows FluentCart products with current stock. FluentSupport tickets pull in purchase details. For payments, there is Paymattic. For social touches, WP Social Ninja steps in. And users connect in the circle we built with FluentCommunity.
The launches of FluentCart and Affiliate in 2025 got us closer to the picture we are drawing. Now businesses can manage eCommerce, marketing automation, customer support, community building, and affiliates all in one place. This matches our vision: A full suite built for WordPress that grows with you. It cuts out outside tools and boosts efficiency.
Community, Contributions, and Celebrations
2025 really stood out because of the people involved. Our support team handled more than 33,000 tickets around the clock. We appreciate that so much. At the same time, our user community helps answer lots of questions on their own. A big thanks to you all!
We kept giving back to WordPress core, just like always. We sponsored and joined WordCamps in places like Dhaka, Malaysia, the Asia event in the Philippines, and Bangkok. We also took the team on retreats to the Philippines, Malaysia, Sri Lanka, Thailand, and spots closer to home like Cox’s Bazar and Saint Martin’s Island.

The awards show how much our plugins mean to people. Every contest, users from everywhere vote to help us win!
This year, we took home 3 Gold prizes and 1 Bronze from The WP Awards 2025.
– Gold: Fluent Forms, FluentCRM, FluentCommunity
– Bronze: FluentSMTP
– Top spots: FluentBooking (5th), WP Social Ninja (6th)
Your support in voting keeps us going strong.
Our Vision for the Future: 2026 and Beyond
As 2026 gets closer, it is hard not to feel thankful for 2025!
Launching FluentCart and FluentAffiliate were the top moments for us this year. But what really made 2025 special was how you all jumped in to help improve every part of our ecosystem. And thatโs what keeps us obliged to keep carrying the momentum.
Guided by our motto and ways of thinking, we will focus on serving small and medium businesses in 2026. We aim to solve their real-life problems, cut the costs of their businesses, and maximize their profitability.
Our strong R&D team will keep focusing on coming up with new ways to extend, improve, and interconnect our existing products. As a matter of fact, we are working on new products, features, and projects that align with our vision and motto as we speak. We already have multiple products ready that we may or may not release as commercial products. Some of them are being used to solve our business problems internally. Some may be published as free products to the WordPress repository without any financial incentives. This is a part of our commitment to give back to the open-source community, just as we have done with FluentSMTP, FluentAuth, and others.
As we talk about upcoming products/services to look out for from Team WPManageNinja, we have something to unveil very soon. We want to make email easy & affordable again. As a business, we know the struggle. You want to reach your audience, but the tools out there often feel like they were built for giant corporations, not for us. They are complicated to set up and get expensive very quickly. We wanted to change that. We wanted to build something that makes email easy for Creators and SMEs. We are stripping away the complexity and the high costs. We believe you should never be forced to upgrade to a โProโ plan just to access basic features. You can learn more about it (and sign up for early access) here.
I know, itโs 2026 already. Itโd be a “crime” not to discuss what we are planning around โAIโ. We all hate it as a โbuzzwordโ, at the same time, we are curious. We can assure you this – we WILL NOT come up with gimmicky features and slap the label โAI-poweredโ on our products. We will develop features that will actually bring value to your life and business.
We have already done that with a couple of our features. On top of that, our 100+ team members are building new stuff with AI every day, solving our everyday problems using AI, and we are taking notes of every one of those cases and learning how we can infuse the same functionalities in our products to help your business as well! AI is here to stay, and we are using it to accelerate our research, development, troubleshooting, and everything, except for cost-cutting.
We always build what we use to help power what you create. Our vision holds steady: Making strong WordPress solutions available to everyone for business growth that lasts.
Your feedback was the driving force behind 2025. Join our community to share more and help guide 2026. Thank you for joining us on this ride. We look forward to creating the future side by side!
