The following Affiliate Partnership Terms & Conditions outline the rules, responsibilities, and benefits associated with participating in the WPManageNinja Affiliate Program. These provisions govern how affiliates may promote WPManageNinja products, how commissions are earned and paid, and the standards of conduct expected from all participants. By enrolling in the program, affiliates agree to abide by these terms in addition to WPManageNinja’s main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy.
1. Enrollment & Eligibility
1.1. To participate in the Affiliate Program, individuals or entities must complete the registration process by providing required details—including full name, email address, username, password, promotion method, and PayPal payment email—and affirm agreement to these Terms.
1.2. Enrollment is free and open to anyone, regardless of whether they’ve previously purchased WPManageNinja products.
2. Commission Structure & Tracking
2.1. Affiliates earn a flat 20% commission on all first-time purchases made through their affiliate links, subject to the product’s license pricing tier.
2.2. Each affiliate link uses cookie-based tracking for a duration of 60 days after a click. If a user clicks multiple affiliate links, the last affiliate link clicked before purchase will be credited with the commission.
3. Payout Terms
3.1. Commission payouts are issued via PayPal.
3.2. The minimum payout threshold is $200, with commission amounts totaling over that threshold and cleared of the 60-day fraud detection period being eligible for payment.
3.3. Right to Withhold/Reject Commissions: WPManageNinja reserves the right to withhold or reject commissions in cases including, but not limited to:
– Fraudulent, misleading, or manipulative referrals.
– Self-referrals (purchasing through your own affiliate link).
– Traffic generated through prohibited methods or policy violations.
– Chargebacks, refunds, or cancellations related to referred sales.
4. Permissible Promotional Practices (Do’s)
Affiliates should comply with the following:
– Provide quality, helpful content (e.g., blog articles, tutorials, case studies, videos, newsletters) related to WPManageNinja products.
– Educate audiences through thoughtful comparisons, solution-driven content, or product-focused messaging.
5. Prohibited Practices (Don’ts)
Affiliates must not:
– Deploy non-productive or irrelevant links that do not serve business or user interests.
– Use manipulative SEO tactics or unethical methods to inflate search metrics.
– Create or promote content tied to controversial or sensitive issues.
– Use WPManageNinja’s brand names or trademarks in paid search advertising, or directly link to WPManageNinja URLs in paid ads.
6. Affiliate Resources & Support
6.1. WPManageNinja provides affiliates with marketing assets—including logos, banners (both generic and seasonal), infographics, and screenshots—to support quality promotions.
6.2. Affiliates have access to real-time tracking dashboards, performance monitoring tools, and dedicated affiliate support.
7. Modification, Termination, and Governance
7.1. WPManageNinja reserves the right to change or terminate the Affiliate Program or its terms at any time without prior notice. Continued participation implies acceptance of such modifications.
7.2. These Affiliate Promoter Terms are supplemental to and governed by the main Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy of WPManageNinja.
7.3. In the event of conflicts, these Affiliate Terms prevail with respect to affiliate-related matters.
